How can I help?

Based in Lincolnshire, I offer a unique approach that combines an empathetic, compassionate listening ear with proactive, practical support for day to day challenges.

I work with adults aged 18 and over with a variety of health and wellness difficulties. If there is something I can’t help you with directly, I can often connect you with where to go for guidance and support.

  • I can offer:

    • Practical support to manage day to day activities that matter most

    • Guidance in creating sustainable routines that nurture wellbeing

    • Support with common mental health difficulties (anxiety, depression, stress, burnout)

    • Sensory regulation strategies to help you feel more grounded

    • Nervous system regulation to help you feel more calm and at ease

    • An empathetic listening ear using Compassion Focussed Therapy

  • I can offer:

    • Support with employment difficulties including graded return to work plans

    • Provision of an Allied Health Professionals Health and Work Report outlining workplace adjustments to support you 

    • Support in maintaining routine if signed off work or out of employment

    • Vocational rehabilitation to build your confidence in gaining or sustaining employment

    • Support to maintain work when working in high stress environments

  • I can offer

    • Functional assessment of daily living tasks, routines, roles and identity 

    • Support with adaptation, rehabilitation and thinking differently about how to do things that matter to you

    • Exploration to identify your values to help you live a fulfilled life from this point forward

    • Emotional and practical support in adapting to life alongside illness, disability or trauma

  • I can offer:

    • Tailored diary planning based on what you need and want to do

    • Support with initiating tasks and using assistive aids and Apps to maintain routine

    • Evidence based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and biopsychosocial approach to sleep

Assessment


In depth Occupational Therapy assessment to identify the barriers you currently face in living a well functioning and meaningful life.

Available via telephone, online video call or in person at your home (travel costs may apply) or an agreed private space.

Follow up consultation


Following your assessment, you may wish to access ongoing intervention to support your journey.

Sessions will typically be between 30-60 minutes, frequency will be dependant on your needs.

Clinical supervision


Clinical supervision is a requirement for registered professionals to maintain HCPC standards. I have experience delivering supervision individually, groups and in a peer space.

I have extensive experience in developing and delivering tailored workshops for organisations based on a variety of topics related to health and wellness.

The length of support offered will vary person to person depending on your needs and your finances.

I fully appreciate that and will tailor your care, the best place to start with that is having a conversation. Support provided will be confidential and we will form an agreement for therapy at assessment.
